Heather Morgan
Heather encourages her students to take a functional approach to their practice by using their intention to feel each pose from the inside out, to modify or change the pose if is doesn’t feel good, rather than focusing on the shape of the pose. Every body is individual so everybody’s practice should be individual to them.
As well a teaching classes at the studio, she offers private sessions which range form bachelorette parties by the pool, people suffering from back/hip issues, and those who want a guided individual practice.
She is a registered E-RYT 200 and YACEP teacher with Yoga Alliance and has been sharing her love of yoga since 2008 when she completed her first Krama Vinyasa RYT 200 training.
