Sound Bath and Guided Meditation

Barry Raccio

Saturday 21st March

2pm – 3pm

Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of the LIVE Universal Gong, crystal singing bowls and more to bring balance and tranquility to your body, mind, and spirit. Release stress. Recalibrate your system, heal deeply, manifest & energize. Come take a refreshing deep journey through the healing art of sound.

Bring a blanket and pillow, and create your most comfortable space then lie down and let the cosmic vibrations wash away stress and all that no longer serves you.

Guided Meditation and Breath

Experience a guided meditation journey to promote restfulness, stillness, and calm so that you can get comfortable for the Sound Bath experience.

Using the breath as a focus ( the breath is always in the present) we can develop a greater ability to stay present rather than dwell in the past so that we can experience the Sound Bath more fully.

Healing Properties of the Sound Bath

Experiencing deep rest, relaxation and bringing balance to your chakra is the goal of the sound bath. The harmonic vibrations produced by singing bowls, gongs or other sound bathing tools are intended to stimulate alpha and theta brain waves which resonate and trigger the deep meditative state of the brain in a way that stimulates healing.
